naso is really thin

I have a blonde naso tang I got about a month ago. The fish eats nori, flakes, pellets, and mysis very well. He doesn't seem to be putting on any weight whatsoever. My other tang is very thick and healthy, and doesn't eat as much as the naso.

I am worried he has an internal parasite. Is there anything I could feed him to eliminate this possibility? I don't keep a high fishload, and this is the first problem I have ever had with a SW fish. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not an expert by no means but since you got no help yet, you might try soaking the nori and mysis in garlic before you feed. Hopefully an expert will be along for some sound advice. Good luck.
