I purchased a Naso this weekend. He is in the QT now and had developed a red area on his upper lip that appears to be an abrasion. He is still not eating, but swims around the tank well. His breathing does appear to a little fast. Below is the best picture I could get. Any ideas what this might be? Bacterial? Any treatment suggestions? Thanks.
