Yes. On day 2. 48 hour period I think on kanna and furran you can add more than just make up water as it calls for repeat dose anyway. So you dose 1.5x. Repeat dose on 50 per of tank and new meds on 50 per.

I think same as metro also. Metro you can really vary the amount higher also.

Ya I think the dose is repeat in 48 hours. I think. So always replace what antibiotic you take out with water change with original first dose. Then in 48 hours redose only on that part of water not changed.

Thank you. One day!! Meantime I have saved plenty of fish with this combo o just gave you. So hopefully it will work. Years ago a company call aquatronics made this furan kanna metro combo before they went out of bus. The kannaplex is absorbed into skin and furan works on outside but combo is very synergistic. And metro is just in case it's protozoa and hexamita.

I have successfully combined kanna with tripple sulfa and neoplex also from seachem. The neomycin has a harsher effect on biological filter but if you changing water big time daily won't matter. Both neo and metro can be mixed with food also I grind up some Larrys food and add antibiotic powder. This is better if internal infection or internal parasite.

Neo I would get. Good to have. Sulfur antibiotics work slow. And prevent bacteria from growing. Want to keep something else in house order some cipro or chloraphenicol from online fish pharmacy. I would try to keep cp in house. Also. That's harder to get.
