quick update/question
it looks like its healing, can fish have scabs? it looks like some kind of white excrement is coming out of the holes that seem to be healing.... it almost looks a little meaty, it is detaching slowly and no more is coming out..its odd. i can not describe it...
any ideas?

sorry i did not see this post yesterday, to answer your question , not really comfortable doing that, if push comes to shove i would.... if i can get my hands on baytril that is.... i cant even get neoplex so far

Is it common to be faced with all these diseases that are not common?
Between my pyramids and now my naso it seems they are getting sick and no one has really ever seen these symptoms.
Being new to sw my first clowns died of brook. Second set of qt made it fully (clown and anthias)
Third batch, pyramids with unknown disease, dead hipp with brook, naso with unknown disease and its not getting better. I am doing everything possible and nothing works. I have probably spent over 500$ in medication and salt to try to save them.
And the fact that no one has seen this in the disease section of rc gets me worried, anxious and scared to qt anything
This is beyond discouraging, I hate loosing fish. And I also hate the fact that they suffer under my care and eventually die.
Again in no way am I complaining about the help I get here, actually thank god for you guys as I would of stopped a long time ago. Some of you really care and spend countless hours a week helping out and giving great advice, thank you very much! I just need to heal a few fish to get back on track and see the light at the end of this dark tunnel

You are just going thru a rough patch. I had the same thing happen to me 5+ years ago. Every fish I bought was a "Typhoid Mary". However, your luck has been especially bad because you picked up fish with these odd diseases that are not easily curable.
My advice would be to stay the course for now and wait & see what happens. Believe it or not, you are learning a lot about fish diseases and treatments by having to go through this. Once this is over, I would highly recommend breaking down your QTs, sanitizing them and just starting over. To prevent whatever you've got going on from infecting future fish purchases. I would also suggest placing your QTs further apart to prevent aerosol transmission. In different rooms would be ideal.
I also think it would be a good idea to look for a different source to buy fish from. Back when I was having all my problems, my fish were coming from the same LFS or two, and the diseases I was dealing with were in their tanks permanently and just kept infecting more fish. Once I switched over to buying mostly Liveaquaria specimens, most of my disease problems went away except for every now & then. I know LA is probably not an option for you in Canada... but there must be some other online source (or a better LFS?) you can get healthy fish from? Is there a local online aquarium club in your area? They would probably know.

i know qt are to close, i will fix that soon but for now at least they are covers have ATO's, the filling and draining is plumbed so no cross contamination of pipes or splashing for manual water changes
the system is VERY automated. and i keep everything clean... a little ocd. hence me going crazy since i cant cure my poor fish

Frozen (green&white) mysis
pellets (a few different brands)
just started grocery store NORI sheets, (100% no additives)
most meals are either garilc or selcon dipped
marine type 2 flakes
Freshwater Flakes (suppose to be good for Reefs)
2-3 feeding per day
