I would feed him neo metro in food and take it out of water.

tomorrow i will do a 60% wc
then i will do daily 33% water changes
i will stop dosing antibiotics
i will feed once a day mysis mixed with metro and neoplex? (daily)
i will also feed him lots of nori sheets daily (with selcon added every other day)

does that sound right?

Yes. I think you can feed the neo 2x a day at first.
