Naso Tang - Need ID help

I found three pointy spots on my Naso recently and I haven't had any luck with identification. I've looked through a lot of the common disease/parasite lists, but couldn't find anything that was similar.

The fish acts normal and is still eating and swimming actively.

Parameters were all in check (Salinity was a tad high). I did a couple feedings of garlic/selcon/nori/mysis and it is almost 100% gone.

Very strange looking, possibly a parasite, but none that I have ever seen. Have they moved at all since you noticed them? I would do a formalin bath just to be sure. I will continue to research it, but I have never seen this before......

The spots never moved. The points just slowly shrunk and the skin is flat now. There is still some light discoloration where the spots were, but I think that is starting to fade back to the normal gray color.

Is it possible that they could have been bites from a cleaner wrasse? I did get a cleaner wrasse about a week and a half ago (now gone), but I didn't know if it could make that kind of mark.
