Nc upgrade lighting/ballast quiestion

Hey i want to uprgade my lighting in my nano cube but still keep my hood.If i got with theese http://www.gopednation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=228445
will i have to uprgade my stock ballast too?i have the deluxe 12 if that will help any.what other kind of lighting would u reccomend?

Your link needs a username and password.
For an upgrade and keeping the stock hood, you'll need to do some cutting and adding another fan for heat exhaust or you'll find real trouble.

I'd design the tank (livestock) around the equipment at hand.

That's the same bulb wattage, so the current ballast will work.
