need a ballast

I have a 48" power compact light with 2 96 watt lights and one of the ballasts has crapped out. Is there anyone locally (preferable) or online where i could find one without paying through the nose? Also does anyone have a Hippo tang they don't want or know some place that does? Mine died and I really like them. TIA.

I have a spare 96w ballast I am not using right now, However i won't be back down in OKC until mid Aug.
