I am in the beginning stages of planning to tear down my system. I just don't have the time anymore to care for my reef and my tank is definitely showing it.
First priority is to find a capable home for my Marbled Catshark, "Darla". She is the only fish I have ever named and she's pretty near and dear to me and my wife.
She was hatched on 4/3/16, and is currently 12-13". She eats 3-4 times weekly, a variety of shrimp, oysters, clams, squid, silversides, etc. She has been hand fed from tongs since day one. She is currently living in a mixed reef where she gets along with her tank mates. She won't bother inverts either as long as you keep her fed.
I would like to find a capable home for her. If you do not have experience in the hobby and do not understand the care requirements this young lady needs (and will need), the please do not respond. She will need very large swimming area eventually. I will qualify anyone who is interested. (Sorry, I just want the best for her)
As far as "how much $?", we can discuss that if someone is truly interested. It's not about getting money for her, as much as it is finding a great home.
We have already spoken with the Cleveland Aquarium, but I wanted to post around a few local spots before I take her off to a public aquarium.
Sorry for the bad cell phone pics... I just wanted to give an idea of how she looks
PM me or text me @ 330-760-2197 if interested. Please don't be offended if I ask alot of questions.
