Need a local rockbuilder to conceal overflow box

I have a large overflow box in the center of my 180 gallon tank. I want to build a rock structure that will fit around the box, look interesting and support corals. It appears that rockbuilding is a skill. Is there someone local who can help with this (for money, friendship or frags)?

I'm near Lunt and California.

The box is about 9" x 14".

At the moment I'm thinking about surrounding the box with a PVC rack, and maybe I could cover the pipes with araganocrete.

DAG, the overflow, what is it made of? is it plastic acrilics?.You could just decorate that w/ different type of living Montiporas, plating, encrusting, branching , it will look awesome in a yr. and natural. Here is a sample ,left side overflow of my 300, ignore the acro. The whole face of that overflow covered in green, orange, army green purple rim montis.
