Need advice for spare part on a 6100

Just bought a used stream 6100 and a new magnet but noticed that there is nothing to mount it to the magnet. Is the part I am looking for a swivel arm (part# 6080.400)? Is there any way to mount the stream onto the magnet without the swivel arm and without glueing?

Are these parts on the tunze website coming from overseas with a long lead time for delivery?

We have them here, if you order on tunze.com the order comes direct to me, you need 6080.40 and 6080.23.

Still have not received my parts for order # 9481594319248851
its been almost a week and a half since it was suppose to be shipped.

Give it some time, by the dates of the posts here it has been in the mail for 8 days, we shipped on the 16th, I handle these orders personally so I know it was sent. If it isn't there by Friday we will reship. It generally takes 5-10 days for parts to arrive by mail.

Well I still havn't received my parts in the mail.

OK, we will resend them today. I am very sorry but I promise that we did send it. This time we will use UPS.

Since I live in Canada this may not be relevant, but I made an order almost a month ago, and still have not received my part. I'm in the process now of trying to get ahold of someone for where my part is, but oh well. I learnt a lesson from this, service isnt too good so far when you need a 5$ part for a 300$ powerhead. I gues they already made their money.
