Need advice on Pump

I am getting tired of the "hhhhmmmmnnggg" noise that my RIO pump is generating and I am ready to replace it.

I need a pump that would pump water at around 800GPH at 4' head, quiet, and consume less power.

I am looking at buying either a Mag950, Eheim 1262, Sen 900 or Ocean Runner 3500 /3700. Which one would you recommend?

There is a lot of personal preference involved here. For myself, I like quality and am willing to pay for it. I would go with the Eheim 1262.
