Need Advice, RBTA looks terrible

I agree with the above. The last picture it appears it is just getting rid of waste at the moment. Just let it be. Get some new lights and make sure to light acclimate tank. If Nem is strong enough to anchor itself let it be.

Well I agree your lighting is most likely not enough, and it's a 10g tank, going to be really hard to keep that small of a tank stable enough for one, two you have some other corals in there as well, the torch could actually be an issue maybe, and you should keep in mind that anemome will always be so close to any intakes.
So honestly, that size tank I would not keep an anemone, the torch could be an issue as well towards other corals in that tight of a space.
Also how old is this tank?
I saw in your other post pic it looks pretty fresh, we advise 6 months minimum to obtain stability.

I've got a red bubble tip thats been in a 10 gallon tank for three years with no problems at all, although I do have a 10 gallon sump. And my tank was established a year prior to adding to the anemone. I keep my power heads covered so there's no way he can get in them which I don't think is an issue anyway he's been in the same spot for 2.5 years he moved around a little the first 6 months that I owned him. Looks to me like he's hiding from the light.
