need an ID on a moray please

so this monster is getting too big for my cousins tank and he wants to find it a new home, but I can't ID it for him. He needs to know so we can figure out just how large/aggresive it's likely to get. Thanks in advance!!!

without a good clear photo or video, its impossible to say. Looks similar to my 4', 22y/o undulated, but only sorta. Oh - and FWIW - there are not many eels aggressive than the undulated. His name is Hannibal
