Need Chiller - Used, or New Prime?

Since the iceprobe won't cut-it, I need a bigger chiller for my 20G. I had a heat-spike a few weeks ago and my pretty slimer is STNing and not recovering.

So I am looking at a Prime 1/15 HP chiller at DFS:

Currently for $299.
Does anyone have experience with this Chiller?

or,

If anyone has something reasonable FS that will help on a 20G?
