Need confirmation on diseased clown

I've included some pics below...is this clown diseased? If so, an ID and recommended treatment would be most appreciated. Upon positive confirmation that it's disease, I'll QT immediately.

The stuff I'm concerned about is on the side, about half an inch wide, raised, and beige/grey color.

This looks like some sort of discoloration. I would QT any way and treat with either conventional antibiotics or melafix. Is fish still eating? It's hard to say from the blurry pictures what it is. Could be a physical injury that can become infected. Also put in some slime coat.

Picture isn't very clear .. but the fish sure looks like it has a problem on it's right side .. I don't know what problem the fish has but QT would be prudent.
