Need Diagnose please

I have this brain mid tank under 2 x 55 watt T5 power compacts
10,000K/Actinic lighting

Water is 1.025 (calibrated coreectly with cal fluid)
Temp 78

I know something is wrong but what ??

from the algae growth I'd guess you have high nutrients for starters. the slime buildup would be an indication of low or no flow, it needs moderate flow.

thanks ! I thought it was in a mid flow area, Ill move it and watch the nutrients , just didnt want it to out of the light.
