currently i have:
2 clowns
sailfin blenny
firefish
copperband butterfly
Lemonpeel (is going back its nipping corals)
-Are there any dwarf angels that wont nip or have high chance of not nipping

thinking about
-Mandarin
-Bluespot jawfish
-blue reef chromis

Need suggestions for what i should put in. I would really like to have some fish that swim around. most of the fish im looking at dont swim around a whole lot but it seems like all the swimming fish need a bigger tank. i guess its because they swim that they need a larger tank. but i know there have to be some that can go in a 40 breeder.

Seems pretty full to me too.

With that many fish and that small of a tank, I wouldn't risk a mandarin.

Bluespot jaws need enough sand to build a burrow - I would suggest 4" at least, plus they fare better if they are one of the first fish in the tank so they can establish a burrow in peace.

Chromis might be the easiest to keep, but I wouldn't put more fish in there if I were you.

Lemonpeels have a very deserved reputation for being nippers. I've got a flameback in one of my reefs and a flame in the other. Both have been great with my corals so far. Of the two, the flameback is probably the better choice for you, both because it is smaller and because it is less likely to nip.
I also think that your tank is getting crowded. Not sure about keeping a copper band in a tank that size. I've never kept one, but my understanding is that they can be a little delicate and that they prefer larger reef set-ups. Personally, I'd take both the Lemonpeel and copperband back and go with a couple of smaller fish.

I was talking about stocking your 40. I have a 35, and I plan on having 3, maybe 4 small fish max. I also have a 20 sump on this system.

It's your tank, you can put what you want in it, you just risk losing fish due to overcrowding and stress. Your fish will be happier with more space and less competition/aggression.

I was talking about the 40 breeder. I have a 40 breeder it has three fish and I consider it at the fish limit. I have a gold stripe maroon, a bangii cardinal, and a mandarin.
