need flow suggestions

i am in the final stages of getting my tank here and would like to get a few opinions on flow options.

heres the basics:
aquarium obsessed 130lx36wx34t with two 20 in external overflows drilled with 4- 1 1/2 drains and there will be 3- 1 1/2" returns coming back into the euro bracing on the top.
back wall is drilled for 3 - 2" drains for the closed loop. the bottom glass is drilled for 3 - 1 1/2" returns for the closed loop.

sump will be 2-100 gl rubbermade tubs under the stand. one used for filtration and the other as a fuge.

stand is 2" square tubing 130lx36wx34t.

total tank volume should be right at 900 gl give or take and around 700 gls after displacement.

for lighting i am using a dual 400w pfo mh ballast and two coral vue 250 w mh's.
also will be using various lengths of t-5's and mixed bulbs

closed loop will be ran by a sequence hammerhead

return pump will be a pan world 150

i also have a dolphin 4800 sp i could incorporate if needed.

tank will be a mixed reef with a moderate bio-load.

here is a sketch-up of the set up. changed my mind on the sump so disregard that portion.

i was planning on a barrel roll from front to back to carry water to the overflows and then to the tank. and using the return pump for clockwise flow for circulation.

i have contemplated running the dolphin and hammerhead for closed loops and the pan world for return only but i would like to keep the draw down to two pumps of possible.

sorry. forgot to mention the sump returns were going to be in the back glass as well bu ti moved them. just for got to edit the sketchup.

i bought the tunze waveboxes and extensions for this set up but changed my mind after blowing out a seal in my 150 with it on a small wave setting. i know old tank +wave boxes arent good mixes but i am not interested in taking that chance again with an expensive tank. i would feel much safer not using them again

Spent some time talking to Paul at Oceans Motions and he's convinced me to do the barrel roll. I'll have two OM4-ways, the 8 tank returns will be 4 to the back bottom (pushing water back to front along bottom), then four in front, under sand, pushing water up at 45 degree angle towards the back overflow. BTW, I have coast-to-coast overflow on back of tank.

BTW, where did you get the 100g rubbermaid tubs your using as sump?

i also talked to paul and he liked the barrel roll idea for this tank as well. but i havent decided to go with the om4 ways yet. i am still debating that. but it sounds like we are going for the same flow design. i am thinking of pushing through the rocks forward and then the 45s up the front like you said. that should roll the tank over nice. but will the panworld be enough to push a clock wise flow or should i go with the dolphin and use the panworld solely for return?

tubs are from tractor supply and $75.00 each. they are already drilled and threaded with a 1 " bulk head if you choose to use it.
