Need help - CO2 not working

I am a new owner of a used ACII. Some of the functions from the last owner were still programmed and I deleted them cause I would not use them. However, there is a CO2 program that I kept and will be using for my CA reactor. I adjusted the program to read as follows.

If PH > 6.9 THEN C02 ON
If PH < 6.6 THEN CO2 OFF

I have the C02 regulator plugged into a X-10 module and run the program. For some reason it does not turn it on and off when it needs to. I have tried three different X-10 modules and it still is not working.

Any thoughts?

Does your X-10 module letter and number correspond to the one you assigned the CO2 timer name in the program?
