Need help finding an overflow insert

So I'm getting back into the hobby, found a nice RR tank for cheap that needs some cleanup. I'm unfamiliar with the overflows though, they're missing some sort of insert or cap. I've done a bit of googling and coming up empty so figured it's time to ask for help. Check out the pic for example.
