Hi guys,

I have the 100 gallon Reef & Fish tank. With 70% sps and 30% soft coral. I always wanted some additional wrasse other than my cleaner wrasse and sixline wrasse.

Went to LFS today and found these wrasse available. The owner seems want to sell them really bad, therefore he said they are all reef safe...which I am uncertain.

Can you guys please help me which one is reef safe, because they don't know the name as well.

All I know the orange color is Carpenter Flasher wrasse is reef safe and Yellow Coris is with caution. But the other darker colour, I am uncertain..help please.

Picture 2 is anampses caeruleopunctatus. Anampses can be tough, a lot like a leopard wrasse, but they get bigger, close to a foot. Probably gets a little too big for 100g.

Pic 3 is a fairly mature chiseltooth wrasse. He is reef safe with caution. I have had one in a reef before and he didnt bother anything.

The presence of the sixline wrasse already in your tank may prevent you from adding any of them, unfortunately.
