I purchased this egg from a lfs, I have kept sharks and rays but never a guitarfish so I have never realy done a ton of indepth research on them. With that being said i was told it was a guitarfish, but guitarfish do not lay eggs they birth live, so if anyone could tell me what species this egg belongs to I would be most grateful. It is the size of my hand and you cannot see the embryo inside of it.It does not belong to a bamboo, eppy, and obviously not a heterodontus.
