He is about an inch long for reference.

There is one photo of him turning around so you can kind of see what his back side looks like.

yeah his meral spots are orange, but his feather things can't remember what they are called aren't blue they are almost clear and feathery instead of solid.
 
It is definitely in the genus Gonodactylaceus and is either a female G. ternatensis, G. glabrous or G. graphurus. If it has red intersegmental lines, it is G. ternatensis. If not, look at Roy's List to tell if it is G. glabrous or G. graphurus.
