Need Help Lighting Suggestion

Well currently I am using a coralife 96watt quad pc light

my tank is 28 long 10 high 10 deep. Need help finding a t5 retro I should get, budge 100-150 mainly zoas and will t5's beat my current pc fixture?

this would do the trick, is simple to wire and it would be alot better than the PC's.
