need help! noisy stream 6080`s

hi there,, i recently got two streams 6080"two months ago" and i`m finding the rattling sound from them very annoying,, i have replaced the propeller underwater, eliminating air in the chamber and checked for wear and tear but all is good "there brand new" I read on a forum that it takes time to break them in ,,, but surely two months is enough
time ,,, can someone please help

Are they just being run continuously or used on a wavemaker?

The model i`m using can only be used continuously

Yes, but often people try to use them on wavemakers and this damages the drive units and results in noise.

I would try prying out the bush bearing- part 3000.62, as shown in the manual and reinsert it turned 180 degrees.

hi, i tried that,,, it did not make any difference!! i have the feeling
i`m going to have to buy new DRIVE UNITS not the cheapest option but if this starts rattling again i`m going to have to return them ,,,, any idea`s to what could have gone wrong ,, so if i did in do something wrong i wont do it again

I would have to try the pumps myself and see them in person to know more, I am sorry. I would see if you can borrow a drive unit from a friend or local store and try it, if that solves it your dealer should be able to get you new ones under warranty.
