My bubble tip decided to get partly sucked up into water return for wet dry. Only little bit left stuck but I turned pump off and he is not coming out. What do I do?

remove the parts of the pump and slowly remove it,

Give it a little time for the swelling to go down and then try to ease him out. And put a sponge on that intake.
