I have a new setup, 55gal. which has TPS live rock. I just recieved part 2 of the shipment which included 2 anemomes. One of the anemomes has deflated and bleached. Question is, should I try to move them to my other tank (established nano) because the tank is cylcing now & it's hard to keep the nitrites, ammomia under control. I did a search (new to the hobby) and see that they require very stable water parameters to be healthy. I'm not sure if I should shock them again with another move to a different tank. If not, should I start to feed the bleached one or leave him alone for 1 week? Any input would be appreciated.

I wouldn't throw an anemone in a new setup. Especially when cycling. They go through enough stress from collection, on the boat, in the warehouse, in holding tanks. flight, etc etc.

Are they already in the cycling tank?

Are these anemones that hitchhiked in on the live rock? Or were they anemones that you purchased. What kind of anemone are they?

Yes, I cycled part 1 of the rock package (included live rock, some hermit crabs, snails). Water was cycled, then I just put in part 2 which included some rock and all the other creatures including the 2 anemones. I guess the tank is going through a second cycle with all the other rock, sponges, etc. that was just added. I do have another tank which is established (25 gal.) which I guess I should have put the anemones in looking back. I'm not sure if I will stress them more by moving them.

They came with the 2nd delivery of rock in seperate bags (not exactly hitchhikers). There are 2 types of anemones, I'm researching what kind now.

I'd move them to the 25 asap. Better chance of surviving in there if it's stable than your cycling 55.
