Need Help Setup 220G.

I have a Oceanic 220G. ( 84.5 X 24.5X 24.75 ). I have 2 Sea Swirl 3/4 in the center of the tank. I was think adding 2 TUNZE Stream on the 2 side. But don't know what system to go with. Any help or better suggestion is greatly appreciated.

A TF24 kit would be the best choice.

I have a 5 inches of Fine Sand Bed, Would the stream blow my sand all over the place. Should i mount the Tunze steam on the back of the tank or the side. Thank again

You will only be running one at a time, the sand will be an issue if it is a new sand bed but if it is matured it should be fairly stable. It is the correct amount of flow for that size tank though. Position is really a matter of preference and trial and error based on rock structure and coral placement. Back corner aimed to the front just shy of center is generally preffered.
