need help with acro. QUICKLY

my blue tort colony is still in trouble. the tissue is receeding from the bottom up. I have lots of flow and my water params are as follows cal 440 to 460. alk 8 to 10 mag. 1260 salinity 1.025 temp 79. the acro is a little under the halfway point of my 120 under a 400w 14k bulp. not directly under the bulb. im thinking of moving up higher in the tank? any suggestions??????????

how long have you had it?

Your mag could use a little bumping, but other than the 8-10 alk swing, I can't think of anything off the bat (other than pests) which may affect it. in my experience, low alk is often a cause for receding tissue... how old are your test kits?

it doesn't swing that much, the alk. its usually 8.3 to 9.6. I dose daily 30ml of bionic. what do u recommend tha alk to be. all other sps r doing very well. I've had it for two months. all was well than the tissure started to receed from the bottem very very quickly. I bought a vortech mp40w and that seemed to help. no its starting to do it again, just not as fast.
