Need help with anemone

I was told their might be something wrong with my Bulb Anemone (see pic below) and it might be the lighting.

I have a 48" Coralife Lunar Aqualights Compact Fluorescent strip lights (260 watts)(4 @ 65 watt), and I'm going to change the 2 blue lights with 2 50/50 (50% actinic and 50% white).

I feed the anemone twice a week with Phytoplankton and shrimp. Is this enough?

Any help greatly appreciated.

i am not sure if that is enough ligth, i have mine under MH and it loves them it is about 5'' under the ligths and expands fully until the ligths go off. are your clowns hosting it?

Yes, the clowns go in and out of it all day.

I can't see anything wrong from pic.(any close ups?)
BTA's aren't as light needy as others.
I prefer silversides over shrimp for nutritional value, one a week.
