Ok, so about a month ago, I was looking in the tank and saw a funny looking thing inside my overflow box. I didn't think it was alive, but I can't really remember what I thought it was. The next day, it was no longer there so I realized it was mobile.
Fast forward a week or two... I start cleaning the front glass of my tank when I realized the same thing was on my float magnet. I looked closely and it appeared to be some sort of worm, so I took the magnet out of the tank to clean it off. Surprisingly, when I took it out of the water, the "worm" was nearly invisible... completely translucent and very slimey. I had to use a razor blade to scrape it off.
Fast forward another week or two to this past weekend. I was admiring how good of a job one of my snails was doing at eating the algae off my closed-loop intake when I realized, there was another one. So, here it is...
Not sure what it is. I guess it could be some sort of egg sack, but the S-curve of the body makes me think it moves. Every time I have seen it, it looks exactly like this S-type curves.
Any idea as to what this is? Thanks in advance!

P.S. - please ignore the algae on the closed loop intake... I'm fighting a small outbreak right now with a fairly young tank.
