Need help with nanostream 6025

I noticed the 6025 starting to get loud, so last night I took the 2 6025 pumps out of the tank for cleaning with vinegar.

When I opened up the nanontreams, the propeller was loose and the metal shaft just popped out of the stream, rusty. The same thing on the other nanostream. I had the nanostreams for 3 months, the shafts are not supposed to be loose, are they?

Also, I noticed one of the mounting clips is broken. Please advise

If you send me the pump we will replace the motor and the clip.

Thanks Roger. Do you know how long it normally takes for the replacement process?

A day after I get it. We had some delays last week but 6025's are coming in steadily now and I have some held back for these purposes.
