flipcyd New member Sep 6, 2008 #2 Have you tried filling the filter with water before you plug it in? It might need to be primed first, I know aquaclear filters are like this.

A aznnutty Active member Sep 6, 2008 #3 yeah.. i figurard it out. the magnet for the impeller was pushed to far down so the friction was too much for it to spin = no water sucktion
