Hi. I have leaking seals on my hammerhead pump it is the one not with baldor moter... I got the seals replacements under warranty with manual for dart which i think is lot deferente then hammerhead... So i removed first part of wet side housing and impeller unscrewed 4 bolts from main body and tryied to removed shaft with secend part of wet side but with no success and im stock in this place... Dont wont to go forvard and damage something on the way so if someone could guide me through thet would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance... Jarek

Most likely yours is the A.O. Smith motor, and the instructions that come w/ those seals sucked when I last did mine years ago, not sure if that has changed since then, probably not.
Melevsreef had links last time I saw that had video which helped, and there are a number of youtube vids put out, it's a known issue, so maybe google search for vids and make sure that is the pump you have and check for vids is best I can advise.

Have you tried calling Reeflo? Chris, the owner and his daughter always helped me out with every issue. Unfortunately they lost my business due their pump rusting, better DC pumps and lower prices. But their customer service was top of the line for me.

I got it done... Whats throw me off was ceramic seal was stock on shaft and didnt know if it supposed to be like that or not but when i looked at impeller there was no seal inside so it just came off with ceramic seal stock on shaft... It was stock so bad on it that i have to chip it off with screw driver and hammer. Thank you all for help.
