Need Help with Skimmer

Hi all
I just got this skimmer and i have no idea what is missing .
Can anyone ID this skimmer brand or maybe tell me what part im missing , i do have about 4 pumps so pump wont be an issue

Looks foreign to me.
Skimmers usually don't use typical pumps, they use aerators.
Are you trying to cut corners? I'd question that mode.

looks like a clone of a euroreef rs80 or asm g1 or 2 I would put a sedra 3500 needlewheel pump on it and call it a day

what about buble regulator? or maybe some extra hoses ?

Get a nice needle wheel pump with an air hose and slap it on there. You may want to put a gate valve or something on that output so you can control the water level better. Looks like a great skimmer. I'd use it for sure.

also another dumb question , how will i know if its running properly after setup ? like skimmate color or amount ?

if you have any kind of bioload in your system that skimmer will put sludge in the cup just set the water level to the base of the neck and your done as far as tuning goes

I think you should follow vipers advice a sedra 3500 needle wheel is probably perfect. Other options include aquatrance and sicce. It really does look like a clone of the euroreef rs80 or asm g1 or g2. You should google those skimmers compare their size to the size of yours and see what pumps they are using then order that.

The neck diameter looks fairly large in relation to the body diameter. What are the dimensions (diameter, height and neck diam)?

It will tell us what kind of bioload it can handle and what kind of pump you are going to need.
