Need help with SPS and new fish addition.

Need some advice....I bought an Original GARF Bonsai 2 weeks back. It's my first SPS and I have made some flow modifications to accommodate the coral, which is doing great. I have a pair of powerheads on a wave maker, giving them alternating flow, plus increasing the output of my return, and adding a third powerhead in the back of the tank, that runs constantly.

I just added my first pair of mated clowns to the tank, after being in QT for 2 months. To try and make the transition easy, I have dialed the flow way down on my return, since I noticed them frantically swimming about.

Few questions....

1. Can I get away with keeping the return flow dialed down for the night to let the fish settle in.

2. I have my powerheads on a wave maker, can I get away with putting them on night mode for tonight. That would mean that 1 of the 2 powerhead would be off for 8 hours.

In terms of flow rate tanking into consideration my powerheads plus my return is 3835 gph on my 65g tank. But 2 of the 3 powerheads are on a wave maker, where each one runs alternatively for 30 seconds, the third one runs constantly.

In terms of the water flow through sump alone, my return pump is doing about 10x the DT tank.

My in sump skimmer pump is the RO Regal 170sss with the variable DC pump. Since its oversized for my tank (due to using this for my bigger tank down the road), I currently run the skimmer on setting 2, which is giving me 168 gph.

Right now, the GARF is a small colony spec piece, located on a platform in the middle of my tank. The power heads on the wave maker are positioned as such where they are directed right over and around the GARF.
