Need help

My boyfriend gave me an anemone two days ago and last night it went under a rock. I have not feed it and have no idea what to do. Please help me and what should I feed it. It is a pink tip anemone. I got the little fishes in the freezer for it and they told to feed it twice per week. I was going to feed it today but it is all under the rock now. What should I do?

I'd say nothing yet. From what I've [read] some go hide until they get used to the tank a bit. But, that's from what I've read, my only one has stayed where I put him. (I blame the clown, she doesn't let him move... lol)

I'm new to Anemone's though, so if anyone with more experience gives advice, take theirs before mine!

Thank you so much. I fed it a silverfish today and it ate it all. Looks like in the afternoon she got a little out of the rock but her feet still is under the rock. This is day two. I hope she will be all right. Do you know if they change colors?
