I'm in the process of cycling and this came on the live rock. Does it look like majano or Aiptasia or something else?

Majano, the ugly version.

Definately kill it. Aptasia X worked better on my majanos than it did on the atasia.

+1 to Majano and killing it.

I've found using a syringe and injecting them with either vinegar or boiling water to be effective in getting rid of the pests. Good snack for a Copperband, though fish can be hit or miss with pest control.
