I'd be willing to bet it's a benificial bristle worm. Too many people have the "Better safe than sorry" attitude in this hobby. That only leads to pulling out a bunch of stuff from your tank that actually helps it. There are only a few species of bristle worms that harm your tank. A bearded Fireworm. I could be wrong but it looks very similar.
