need info

i have 2 seahorses there are redi's one is a male and the other is a female. and the female goes over to the male and she is always picking on him. its like she want to mate but he dont want to.so i was wondering should i leave them alone and hope that that they will mate or should should get another male or female?

Seahorses don't "bite" since they have no teeth.
Sometimes what appears to be something bad is just normal activities to the seahorse.
 
Unfortunately its difficult to give advice without seeing for yourself - personally, unless she is preventing him from going about his usual activities (ie. eating, swimming out in the open etc) I would keep them together and see if it settles down. Maybe rearrange the tank ornaments?

Do you think there is a possibility you are misinterpreting the behaviour? I've included a link to a video of seahorses fighting. Is this what she is doing?
