Ciro about the ram if you will be using Windows XP 32 bit or Windows Vista 32 bit you max. ram should be 3GB. The 32 bit version of the operating systems doesnt support more than 3GB of ram is it will be a waste of money if you get 4GB.
However if you will be using a 64bit OS like Windows XP x64 than that will support more than 3GB of ram.

Also if you're planning to overclock your ram or cpu remember to get the ram speed of at least PC6400-800MHz or better.

Anyways if you need any help at all just let me know. I am always willing to help someone out with their computers :)

Just in case you didnt know. The ATI X1950X is an awesome card but it is a DirectX 9 video card. So if you are planning on playing any directx10 game at their fullest setting you cant with this card.
Here are some games that are Directx10:
Sumpreme Commander
Crysis
Half Life Episode 2

Of course you can play these games on a DirectX 9 card but they would look a heck nicer on DirectX 10 Video card.

Any Nvidia Geforce 8 Series video cards are DX10
ATI are X2X cards

This is how games will look like in DX10 :) They look amazing.

Here you can see some differences between DX9 and DX10.
