Need new eye for Osmolator

Does anybody know where I can get one? I have tried cleaning mine in warm soapy water and it did not help. The eye is not reading properly anymore. It is right around a year old. I travel alot and really rely on this piece of equipment to function properly. Any help anybody could give me would be great.

Have you soaked in in vinegar to clean it of calcium? When mine started acting odd I did this and it has been good as new for many months now.

Try the vinegar soak, if that doesn't fix it, it is under warranty so send it in.

Thanks for the advice guys. It will get the vinegar bath today. Roger if it does not work is there a way to get one overnighted?

It isn't a DIY repair, it must be soldered with 4 very fine wires and the optic sensor may not even be the culprit. For warranty coverage we would need to get the controller back to repair it.

Ok, thanks for the headsup. I will clean it tonight and hope for the best. Have to leave out of town on Wednesday. Otherwise the wifey will be lugging buckets.
