Need Repairs for Multicontroller 7095

Hello,

I purchased a Multicontroller 7095 in March 2007, and I need to find out if it can be repaired.

This morning I noticed that my Nanostream 6055's were no longer pulsing in the "Pulse" mode. I tried the other wave modes and got them to alternate in another mode, but the pulse modes will no longer operate.

Is it possible to send my Multicontroller in to Tunze to be repaired? Is it possible for it to be repaired under the guarantee, or will there be charges for it to be repaired?

It depends on the cause, I can't say I have heard of this happening before so I would double check everything. Keep in mind that if both pulse knobs on a channel are set to the same speed or if the night mode is activated you will not see any pulsing. If this is really the case and it is not caused by water damage it would be covered under warranty but this would not be something I have heard of before, the multicontroller tends to be virtually bulletproof.
