Need some help! please :)

First I need to identify this anemone.

Second I need help on what to feed it. so far it will only take formula one pellets. no krill.. no table shrimp.. no fish..

it's under t5ho in my tank. I bought it new years day from a shop I've never been to.. the guy told me it was fine.. but its not opening the way it should be. I was told it was an LTA.

I cant tell what it is, but it looks extremely bleached. How tall is your tank?How many T5's are you running?How warm does your tank run?Have you tried feeding it scalops?

I bought it bleached... I didn't know this is my first time ever buying an anemone.. I never really wanted one before. didn't really research it. you should've see it when I first put it in the tank it was all white.. now it has green and brown streaks in it

tank temp is 78.

6 - t5ho 2 actinic 4 10k and 2 t8NO actinics

no I haven't tried scallops yet..

It is a very bleached LTA (( M doreensis )), and judging from the short tentacle length one that has been consuming itself for energy.

What are your parameters -- with numbers
How deep is your sandbed?

Sand bed is deep.. 3-4 inches

ph 8.2

Nitrate 4ppm

Nitrite 0ppm

Amonia 0 ppm

btw if this anemones makes it back from being bleached... how long could it be before it starts to look normal again?
