Need some help

I need to cut some baffle for my sump can anyone tell
me the best way to cut .250 in. acrylic. TIA

plywood/plastic blade...i got mine from home depot...anything 110 teeth or higher is good, thats based on 7 1/4 inch

You'll need a flush trim bit for your router to clean up the edges probably. Unless you spend some money and get a nice blade that is made for acrylic. But the good ones run over $100. So its cheaper to get a cheap blade and clean up with a router.
