Need some programming help

so if im just trying to avoid getting excessive emails, what should my settings be?
Set OFF
Fallback OFF
If TANK > 80.5 Then ON
If TANK < 75.5 Then ON
If Switchx11_4 CLOSED Then ON

Ditch both defers, and change something on the controller its self?

I would use the Defer...ON in the email outlet as before, just with a reasonable duration, maybe 30 seconds. That would knock down most false alarms. Then by changing the repeat interval, it would limit how many emails you get.
