Need suggestion(s) for daily fish food

I'm looking for a fish food that I can use in an auto feeder. The food will be for high energy fish (tangs & anthias) during the day when I am at work. The tank has a lot of surface movement but also has an overflow so I would like to stay away from floating foods. The current diet for the fish is Cyclops-eze, Hikari Mysis Shrimp, and plenty of algae. Any change in diet and/or suggestions for feeding would be much appreciated.

spectrum has the best and a variety that you can mix up. formula 1 and 2 also come in pellets that you can add to the mix.

This is exactly what I do. Flake just clogs up, pellets are fine.
