need tech support for osomolator

The optical sensor suddenly started malfunctioning. One day it didn't shut off until max level alarm went off. I checked the sensor, cleaned it and put it back on the tank. To no avail. It won't come on at all now except when you unplug and replug the device in. It is less then one year old....now what? Marine depot where I purchased it said to post on here for Roger.

Yes, but he typically does not post often on the weekends. I would guess he will be on some time today

I think so, did it come UPS? I just back from MACNA and haven't started repairs yet.

Yes...it came ups. I just confirmed it was delivered last week I think thursday

I installed a new optic sensor, tested it out, it worked, so I sent it back yesterday UPS ground.
