Need to borrow 96 watt pc bulb

I am looking to see if a 96 watt actinic bulb is strong enough to use as a supplement on a 250 mh setup. I have the fixture but not the bulbs. I need a straight pin arrangement. Just didn't want to buy new ones if they weren't strong enough to help in coloring my corals.
